The greater than 2 mega electron volt electron flux is likely to be at normal tomoderate levels through 05 august. The greater than 10 mega electron volt proton flux isexpected to be near background levels over the next three days. In the last 24 hours Solar wind parameters were indicative of a slow-moving coronal mass ejection, likely froman eruptive event that left the Sunday on 30 july. Total magnetic fieldstrength reached a peak of 21 nano tesla at 02 to 1455 utc and maintained between 9 to 15 nano tesla for most of the reporting period. Bz was predominantly orientedsouthward and reached a maximum of to 16 nano tesla at 02 to 1503 utc. Solar windspeeds remained relatively slow, with speeds observed between ~330 to 430 kilometers per second over the past 24 hours. Solar wind parameters are likely to persist at enhanced levels due tothe continued influence of a transient currently observed in solar winddata. Enhancements from coronal mass ejection effects are likely to continue, yet weaken, late on 03 august. A return to nominal levels is likely by 04 august. G1 storm levels are expected on 03 august as coronal mass ejection effects persist. Mostly quiet to unsettled levels are expected to return by 04 Aug, diminishing further by 05 august.
